Electric Blue Shmokeyy Thanggg

HEY. So this is a pictorial??(think thats the word for it) on the look shown above. Please excuse the poor quality photos this was an iPhone selfie photoshoot kinda deal. Also you don't have to use the exact products I am, just use what you got! Anyways lets DO this.

Sooo your gunna want to start with a primer, any will do I used UD Primer Potion. I then like to use a skin toned eyeshadow ALL over the lid right up to the brow. This makes it easier to blend the shadows that you're going to put over the top in my opinion. Next I took Chaos from the UD Electric Brights Palette and patted it on the centre of my lid avoiding the inner and outer corners and keeping away from the crease (strictly a lid). 

Next, I took a dark brown from a sleek palette I have - no idea of the name but any dark brown will suffice. I packed this on the inner and outer corners.

Now just blend it baby. Blend from the inner and outer corners inwards and into the crease. Keep packing on the brown and blending until you have it dark enough for your liking (devious process but a must!!).

I then added "Buck" from the UD naked palette just into the crease just to transition it slightly. I also put some in the tear duct area of my eye to transition the dark brown better.

I then packed Chaos on again just into the centre until I got the colour POPPIN'. You're going to want to blend the blue and brown together but only slightly as you don't want to lose the vibrancy of the blue. 

Next take the same brown and line the inner and outer corners of your lower lashline and blue to the centre. 

Next I took a gel liner and dabbed it close to the lashline. This step is optional but for me its the end of the world if I apply false lashes without at least a teeny bit of eyeliner. Probably stems from having the shortest eyelashes since birth and have to do any trick to make them appear longer. Anywhoo..... 

Now just apply a black eyeliner to the waterline, highlight the brown bone, and whack some eyelashes and mascara on and voila your done!

Eyelashes are Red Cherry #600.

Highlight is Virgin from UD Naked.

Intro to moi

Goooood morning vietnammm! Thought it best to do a not so formal introduction as my first blog post so here goes! My name is Sophie, I'm 19 years old living in England. I am a full blown yank but moved to the UK when I was 2 so am lacking the accent and anything cool and american... I am a makeup and fashion fiend and self proclaimed shopaholic. I am an aspiring makeup artist and thought what better way to showcase my work than start a blog! I am in no way professional and learned everything I know from watching youtube videos and reading blogs. HOWEVER this september I am moving to London to do a makeup course at Delamar Academy so hopefully I am going to be god like with a makeup brush after this year is over. I also thought it would be interesting to show you all my journey throughout Delamar and show you how my skills develop. My plan is for this blog to be tutorials, reviews and a fashion post every here and there. Anyways I think thats all folks!
